yet another chain restaurant on the plaza....
i don't know why i keep eating fish in the midwest when i promised myself i wouldn't. i used to live on the east coast (both in florida and in new england) and the fish would be hours-fresh.
in the midwest, fish is at least a day old (which is ok) or a couple days old (not okay). i wasn't impressed with M and S's...
the best thing on the menu is the seafood chowder.
the decor is beautiful and sitting outside is nice too. this is a good place to get drinks. they have a beautiful bar.
