No longer a Cincinnati resident, I was not aware that this store existed...thankfully, an employee of ANOTHER outdoor store recommended that I check out Benchmark for some rock climbing gear. As I walked into the store, I was thoroughly impressed by the size of the store and the variety of apparel and equipment. I immediately noticed the wonderful hospitality of the staff members and could tell they were very knowledgable of the items they carried in the store. Both the owner and store employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first time in the store a great experience.
Anyone looking for climbing, hiking, camping, or any other outdoor gear, this is the place to check out!
