We were grossly disappointed with this bar. We went on the notion they were a C&W bar, but they played mostly mexican music and didn't stray to much of anything else. The main thing C&W about it was some of the "cowboys" in there.The bartenders were excellent. There is never a cover, and they have good drink specials. They do not accept credit cards, as we found out the hard way, and the coat check situation is a joke. The music was RIDICULOUSLY loud...it didn't make any sense for it to be blaring at that volume. It gets so dangerously crowded around midnight that even the fire marshall wouldn't be able to move in there. The dancefloor was small, and the "light show" consisted of blinking multicolored icicle christmas lights and a few single colored strands of lights that were tacked to the wall. They blinked according to a flasher bulb in the lights, and not to any particular beat. They really need to invest some money into that bar for improvements (such as a floor other than asphalt) and a decent light show, as well as a better variety of music and for someone to monitor the overcrowding.
