DR TROGANS MUSIC SCHOOL IS THE ONLY ONE ON SI THAT IS BOTH HONEST AND QUALIFIED TO TEACH ALSO THEY TEACH FROM AGE THREE TO SENIORS AND ALL INSTRUMENTS AND VOICE AND THEIR THEORY TEACHING IS SIMPLY NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ELSE IN TOWN. MY WHOLE FAMILY STUDIED THERE FOR THREE YEARS AND IT WAS THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WE HAD DURING THAT TIME, CONSIDERING THE ROUGH LIFE WE HAVE THESE DAYS WITH MONEY IT WAS MEDICINE FOR US. ALSO-, THEY HAVE THE LOWEST RATES IN THE TERRITORY. WE PAID ABOUT THIRTEEN DOLLARS PER SESSOION A
