Legend Home?s foreman, Leonard, refuses to replace my new carpet that is coming up in strands. Legend homes told me they that they had made a claim with Mowhawk, the carpet company. This turned out to be false and was confirmed by Mowhawk's claim office to be completely false. Legend Homes later admitted to me over the phone that they had lied to me. They also confirmed they had had lied in writing. This proves that Legend Homes had no intention of replacing the defective carpet. Do not do business with these people. They refused to honor my home warranty.
Pros: None, they are the worst
Cons: Too Many, buy a tent instead
