I decided to use TNT when I moved to this side of town, right when i walked in i felt very uncomfortable as everyone in the front desk area glared!!!!!!!!!! at me. The young lady who checked me in had food on the counter, and she did not bother to even look at me; As i walked to the lobby area, i could hear the same receptionist talking about costumers( comments like how rude they were) and her plans for the weekend. It made me feel horrible !!!!!!! were they also going to talk about me ? As i was taken to get shampooed the tech was doing an excellent job, but the only thing was she was too busy discussing salon issues with another stylist! not only is that annoying but also is very unproffessional, my hair cut and color came out well i was actually very happy with my stylist, i had mentioned what happened to her so she really tried to make me happy, she apologized several times but i was so upset that wont ever return to this establishment again!!!!!!!!and i will tell everyone about my experience. My suggestion to the salon Manager would be to hire front desk staff with a little bit more class, people skills, and definately more courtesy ! and the shampoo tech ( i can't remember her name but she was very pretty, very petite, short hair) to keep the salon drama away from costumers.

Cons: rude front desk staff, and very unprofessional shampoo techs!!!!!!!!!!!!
