We'd like to thank Josh and Edgar who were very professional and friendly when they came out to install our new heating unit They took the time to answer any questions we had and they didn't rush to get the job done. We also want to thank Steve for checking with us during the entire installation and he also made sure we knew he was available to answer questions at anytime, even after the installation. We are very happy with the new heater and even happier with the excellent customer service we've received. Thanks again to all who were involved in this process, from the office staff, to Greg the technician, and a special thanks to Gregg R. for making a follow-up visit and double checking that the unit was indeed running as it should, even after the city inspector cleared it. We're sure Mr. Shafer already knows this, but it's worth repeating, Gregg is an asset to the company;he made us feel comfortable with this purchase from beginning to end and we will definitely do business again with Shafer Services.
