Review content:
Terrible customer service. Do not finish jobs that have been paid for. Do not keep appointments. Do not accept responsibility for bad workmanship. Do not hire skill staff. Do not admit the job is beyond their capabilities. We ended up with a hole in our ceiling and a tub we cannot use.
In the past we have used Village Plumbing(highly recommend!!)
This group can not even read a work order. The job was paid for in January and they are just now 'getting back' to us to finish the work. Twice we have scheduled appointments and twice they have not showed up.
Do not waste your time and money with this company

Cons: donot keep appointments, overcharge for incomplete work
