Review content:
The Lower Westheimer location is shoddy workmanship at its best as far as less expensive dry cleaners go. In 30 days, they managed to ruin 1 suit that was less than 4 months old by laundering it rather than drycleaning it (and they denied it had been laundered) and 1 white blazer that was less than 2 months old (designer label). When I put the suit on, the length and size had shrunk considerably; the suit had been drycleaned twice before at another cleaners without problem. The pants had stains everywhere from fading of other clothes with which it had been processed. I had a white jacket that was 2 months old that had been processed with something that was red/pink and that faded on the white blazer. The blazer had never been cleaned anywhere else. They are reluctant to accept any level of responsibility.
