movers were 5 hours late; 2 small men that could not lift my furniture without help from my fiance. after talking with the office, they gave me a discount of $25- after i sat, doing NOTHING all day, waiting on them to arrive. i could have finished moving everything myself, or better yet, unpacked at the new place, but instead i was left to WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. my time is worth more than $25. will not ever use, nor recommend, this company again.
