Review content:
Neil Becker has been servicing my old 240DL wagons for about 15 years. He is basically an expert and has never been anything but honest. He understands I'm not rich so he only does the work that is necessary. I have had 2 times in 15 yrs where I had to take the car back in because of a glitch. They aren't magicians, they're mechanics. If you've had a bad experience I assure you it isn't typical. I realize how hard it is to find a trustworthy mechanic and how put off one can be if a first experience is a bad one but it is also hard to read these extremely negative reviews knowing what I know about dealing with this business. You don't have to give it another chance but people need to know this isn't typical. I've had my car towed from Richmond to his Durham shop for repairs after being seriously ripped off by 2 Volvo dealerships there. Another thing to consider, Volvo doesn't make Volvos anymore. Maybe you bought a crappy car.
Pros: Honest, Knowledgeable
Cons: They're human beings?
