Review content:
I have used this vet previously for vaccinations and other minor issues for my pets and all was fine. I had a puppy that had to have surgery and I can only say that I will never use this vet again for any reason.
I went through the pre-operation exam and estimate, and the surgery and pick up of my pet and NEVER ONCE saw a vet. Only vet techs and counter help.
The staff was beyond rude upon pick-up.
The pre-surgery instruction was lacking in critical information.
I never returned for aftercare. Instead I found another vet.
I am not positive that the vets at this clinic are aware of how their clients and patients are treated but as business owners they certainly should be. Also, if I am paying hundreds/thousands of dollars for vet care, I expect to see a vet or someone with a license to practice.
Beware.
