There's new ownership/management in place at Master Auto....my experience there was in complete contrast to what the other reviewers had experienced.
My wife's car needed a complete repainting along with some cosmetic body work taking out numerous dings caused by a hail storm. She got a quote from one of the national chain painting/body shops and then got one from the new folks at Master Auto. The estimate at the national chain didn't include the ding removals nor replacing the headlights which was needed because the lenses had become very cloudy and yellowed.
The estimate at Master Auto was inclusive, and less expensive.
The work took several days....they called us daily to let us know the progress....they were polite and professional at every step of the way.
When we picked up the car, we were just amazed at how good it looked....as if it'd come right from the new car showroom floor, rather than merely being a repainted 1997 car. They'd also detailed the interior...a very nice touch.
All in all, if what they did to this car is representative of the work the shop will now be doing under the control of the new owners, folks in the Heights area will have a topnotch body shop/painting facility right in the neighborhood.
