DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!! I had used the services at this salon before, great experience with one of the ladies So I returned there for highlights ended up with the owner Miriam. I could not believe after two attempts of applying a partial highlight my hair still looks horrifying. Then to top it off the owner attempts excuse after excuse (even asked if i was menstrating, stating that sometimes that can cause your hair to pull brassy colors!!! OMG!!!!!) as to why the color is coming out in three different tacky brassy gold tones. Really?! I suppose that is why there are waves and chunks of that funky color all over the place too!!! I intend on filing a complaint with the cosmetology board as well as the BBB. I have wasted money and too much time with this so called "top salon" be smart and don't make the same mistake I did. My 10 yr son could have done a better job and that is not an exaggeration. I wish I could post a picture of this nightmare to reveal them for the chea
