You seriously won't believe this.
God forbid you take your friend out for a birthday dinner with a group of 10 or more on a weekday night. Most restaurants are and would WANT to be able to accommodate you. Apparently Little Mexico (Hampstead, NH) does not. In fact, they do not open the dining room during weekdays (apparently they hate business - shocker). So everyone is crammed into a small section...definitely not suitable to large parties. When we asked if we could move into the dining room to be more comfortable and make room as more people were coming the waitress said no, ""owners policy"". We didn't think it was fair that other guests would have no place to sit so we asked our waitress if the owner was around and could we speak with him/him. If we couldn't move into a larger area to accommodate our large party, we'd have to close out our bill. We asked to speak with the owner who came out with bills in hand and asked if we were thinking of going to another restaurant if she didn't oblige. We said yes and she flung the bills on the table and said, ""Well go!"" We were speechless. Clearly this woman had no interest in business or even catering to her prospective clients.
So, if you care to dine at a place that doesn't care about your business and love to be treated terribly...this is your place. We were never more insulted. The owner is terribly rude and apparently doesn't care about repeat business. Do everyone a favor and don't go...why give someone business that doesn't want it.
Pros: There are none
Cons: An owner who doesn't care about her patrons
