Review content:
On 5/6/09 I bought an electric hot water tank that had an internal leak. At first the service was very poor in trying to rectify the situation, however after speaking with the owner, the situation was cleared without a problem. Beez is a well established appliance store they will give you good service provided you are persistant. the owner did allow me to evenly exchange the hot water tank so both parties were benefited. thank you.
Pros: will work with you if a problem develop
Cons: personnel need more customer service training
