My mother needed a ride to the airport at 4 am. Since my regular shuttle provider was booked I tried this company. It normally takes my other shuttle company 30 minutes to get to the airport from my house. Raja Tour arrived at my house on time, but spent 1 hour picking up other people. After my mother told the driver she was going to miss her flight if he didn't hurry, he simply told her, you should have booked an earlier pick-up time?! First it just didn't occur to us that they'd spend an HOUR picking up other people. But this is not the point. Shuttle companies should be responsible for getting people to the airport when they need to. How are we to know how long it will take Raja Tours to get there - we don't have their roster. It's up to them to ask us our departure time, calculate the appropriate pick-up time based on their schedule, and then get us to the airport on time. My poor mother got to the airport as the gate doors were closing. Needless to say, she missed her flight. We were extremely disappointed. This shuttle experience resulted in a miserable travel day for my mother. So while the driver arrived on time, was very polite and a good driver, and the van was quite clean, we cannot recommend this company.
