Review content:
Three level bookstore - takes a while to become familiar with where everything is. They have a computer you can use to search for your book which will tell you the exact section and shelf to find it and online you can search a store inventory to be sure the book you want is in stock. Frequent coupons online to use in store but they will only let you use one coupon per purchase - sign up for email to get coupons. DVD section is small and limited and prices tend to be fairly high compared to Best Buy and other retailers. Not as crowded or noisy as Barnes&Nobles and they have a wider selection of fiction.
