Please believe me when I say DO NOT GO to this place if you care about not getting your car scratched, bumped, etc. I have never posted on any online review site but my experience with this place was so unforgettable that I had to take the time to do so. Nearly two weeks ago I went to get my car washed at this Chevron during my lunch break and the guys backed up my car onto one of their towel carts. My car rubbed up against the rubber top liner of the cart and took off about 1inX1in of paint from the back of my black car. I saw the incident happen from afar but the guys denied the incident ever happening. The manager and owner, of course, were not around and I proceeded with filing a very detailed report and taking pictures of the damage. I called on several occasions and the manager was on vacation while the owner was “not around”. Ten days later, the owner, Hung Le, calls me and says that he cannot do anything about it because his guys deny this ever happening and his workers have signed an agreement stating that they “will not lie”. I asked the owner to review the security tape (there is a camera directly above the location of the incident) and he says that the footage is only saved for 3 days (conveniently, he calls me 10 days later). I asked him to take a look at my pictures of the damage and my car because I can show him that the height of that towel cart hits my car at the exact location and he was simply not interested because “his guys do not lie”. It is difficult for me to write this because I have been a loyal customer to this place since I bought my car a few years back - I didn’t even mind paying their high prices. It is unfortunate that they refuse to take responsibility, even with a loyal customer. Please do not go to this place. There are plenty of other places in Milpitas that will treat your car better, and probably at a more affordable price. By the way, this site forces you to list at least 1 star.
