First, I am from Japan. I know what real Japanese customer service and Shishi is like. When I and my friend went there to try all you can eat for $20, it was a terrible experience ever. I tried to order them in Japanese so that I thought they would be easy on us in the beginning, but the waitress give me such a dirty look and sighted. I have never seen such a rude waitress, EVER... And she almost threw the paper at me and told us to write the number of sushi we want. So, Okay, I wrote them down in Japanese number. And second she came again and told me this is not the way to write a number... hello, is there any instruction there? Honestly, I did not want to leave any tip on her. Sushi is eatable, but not fresh at all. The quality of rolls were totally different on second time we ordered the same one. Even if Sushi is all you can eat, I would not want to come back there. Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: What are the drawbacks?
