I recently purchased a used Lexus RX350 from this dealership. The car is very nice and I paid cash. I was specifically told that the dealership is actually owned by AutoNation and that they had the capacity to service all makes. I commented to the financial officer that it would make servicing easy for me since I lived close by. Well, today the car needs servicing and now they have completely changed their tune and are refusing to service it. It is very obvious that these people will tell you anything to sell a car. If they hadn't made this spiel such a selling point, they might have been able to convince me that they never said it, but it definitely was one of the factors in my decision to buy the car. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
