well we have been here almost a year now, we moved in feb 08, this review is an UPDATE!, we have been late on our rent only one time! we have never been a problem to our community but thats not what i can say about other renters here, there is always LOUD music, LOUD parties, management? i dont even know who the management company is. DALE is usually pretty good about getting maintenance requests taken care of, but as of late, he is slacking a bit. what BOTHERS me about this community is that they never have enough maintenance men, they are NEVER in the office on the weekends (like they advertise) and usually NO ONE answers the phone when you try to call the office after hours\r
I WILL SAY THIS MUCH ............BELINDA responded to a LOUD MUSIC PARTY complaint i had, personally I GIVE HER KUDOS on that. anyway, its not a bad place, we have had no problems with our cars, no one has messed with our home or our stuff, just the music and the maintenance is my issue\r
the price is not bad, but its a lil pricey for low income families! GOOD LUCK
