I haven't dealt with David for much particularly, but the folks in his 57th st office are great, especially Jim Strain. He took the time to explain to me as a walk-in who'd never lived in New York how the system works, and gave freely of his valuable advice even when it did not benefit him directly (and he was OK discussing fee discounts). I actually found a place myself thanks to his knowledge, and am happy to refer other business his way by way of compensation.
