DON'T RENT HERE! They make all new tenants sign a one-year lease and by the time you find out how bad the management is, it's too late and you will have to pay a substantial penalty to get out of the lease. The new manager lady treats all of the tenants like they are sub-human. The way I see it, the main, but not the only difference between the tenants and the manager is that the tenants can afford the rent. One of her favorite things to do is walk around and yell at the kids. She doesn't yell at them like she is their parent, she yells at them like she is their BAD parent. I've talked to her about it, and others have talked to the management company about it, but nothing changes. I've always suspected FDC was a bum management company, but the old manager was really good. She has even yanked cell phones out of the kid's hands to try to get their attention. Trust me when I say ""she is a real piece of work."" It's a shame too, because the property is in a nice area with good schools, and all of the downstairs apartments have a decent fenced-in patio area. I'm taking my family out of here just as soon as I can; penalty or not. Pros: Location, schools Cons: MANAGEMENT
