Review content:
This place is terrible. The actual living accommodations are over priced. But what is truely terrible is the management. They forget appointments, cheat you out of your money and are NEVER actually working or around to help you. After leaving The Homesteads, they tried to charge my roommate and I an extra months rent ( past our signed contract 6- month lease) and would not give us back our deposit even though on our move-out day they said we could get it back. When we tried to call them to talk about it, they would not answer and when they finally did they hung up on us. They already had one law suite against them for fraudulent behavior and cheating people out of their money. Do NOT move here...it's not worth it. Also, their maintenance people are very inappropriate when they come to fix a work order. Very unprofessional! I would give this place NO stars if I could!
