Review content:
Brought Toshiba laptop for repair - which they quickly diagnosed as having a faulty motherboard. Then the waiting began - day to day to day, the part was always ""in shipment"" but they could not trace it or tell us when it would arrive. So, we called back and said we were picking up the machine and would have it fixed elsewhere. Suddenly, the part was arriving the next day! Very suspicious. Now we wonder whether the motherboard was even bad. As of this writing we are awaiting reassembly and pickup. I will write a follow-up once we get the machine back.
