the salesman was less then enthused when I first came in. they are high end store, so I guess my $350.00 wasn't motivation enough for Tom. the first time I went in he couldn't provide me with a picture of the product I was interested in. I went home and Googled it and sure enough there it was. I called and placed order and never heard back so I called in and finally got Tom to tell me when it was scheduled. The only good part about the eperience was the install. It was done on time and very clean install, although I just noticed a small dent in product
