Received To Go order, food was way undercooked and flounder had a strong fishy smell, called and complained, told I would be credited, felt so strongly about the complaint that I contacted the owner the following day and was told I had been given the wrong information, they do not credit sub-standard food, you must bring back the food and they replace it...needless to say, the food was discarded the night before and we were out $28.00, will never step foot in Harbor Inn again...
