We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. Terrible experience. I bought a groupon here for their eyebrow tattooing and they have rescheduled me multiple times. Do us all a favor and don't go here. They don't accomodate to their customers for their mistakes. First, they didn't update their address. Drove there and missed my appointment. I'm sorry but updating your business's website is crucial. I'm a student from UW-Madison and I don't have the time or car to be traveling back and fourth to an empty appointment. The second time they rescheduled me was because they schedule my appointment on the first on mistake and NO ONE WAS THERE. ""I'm sorry, I'll get you in right away this Friday morning."" Again, we didn't check our inventory and have no needles and our technician will be out of town until the 9th. Seriously, what the heck. Your not going to compensate me for my time lost. They have terrible customer service and I'm extremely unhappy.
