I would recommend checking the Better Business\r
carefully before going to this store. If I had, I would not have gone with them. \r

They do business as Carpet & Rug Superstore...you be the judge as to why. Their real name is Carpet Fashions of Charlotte and the have an 'F' rating with complaints ranging from poor quality of materials to overall bad service. \r

In my case, it was the old switch-a-roo... I paid for one grade of carpet and received one of a lower quality. I also found out that their installers are NOT licensed and bonded despite the salesman's initial claim. This was apparent when I saw how the vinyl flooring was rippled and was peeling away from the baseboards. \r

The store has yet to resolve the carpet matter. I keep getting brushed off by the saleman. I am planning on filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office. My goal is to make sure that this company is thoroughly investigated and that no one else is scammed. \r
