Took my PC to Geek Squad for virus removal and some data recovery when they lost my pc for over 2 weeks. Apparently they had given it to another customer thinking it was thiers. So some random person had my computer loaded with all my personal information, tax information and personal photos for 2 weeks before I got it back. Not knowing what the person had been doing with my PC I complained to the manager about it and all he could tell me was that there was no way he could be certain what the other person had been doing during that time. He said he was sorry and moved onto the next customer. I was so offended I demanded his attention again and asked for his supervisor. i was rudely told that the manager wasn't there and was given a number to call. i've been leaving messages for another week and still have not got a call back. They think if they keep ignoring me that I'll go away.
