You can always tell when an owner has spread himself too thin and has lost control. This owner also owns a diner in Hyde Park, the Coyote Grill. a new place in Albany. The owner has lost control of the DOUBLE-O. Mr. Serroukas needs to spend less time in Albany and more time on this place. Manners are key in hospitality. Our water glasses and forks still had crusted food. I took a quick pic of each before asking the server to replace them. She copped a major attitude claiming ""they weren't that bad"". She obviously was too into her cell phone conversation to take our order within 15 minutes. When our appetizer arrived it was in a pile of grease, so much the nachos were swimming in it and you just couldn't get it into your mouth or even on the fork for that matter. I told the server since we hadn't eaten anything we were just leaving.Between the swimming grease and dirty encrusted utensils, we decided this dining experience was ruined. I snapped off a few pics to prove my point to the manager who was arrogant, rude, and belligerant. The manager who refused to give his name became extremely impolite and hostile. I refused the bill and walked away. No Manners. Dirty and vile. Mr. Serroukas, please help your Wappinger Falls Double-O Grill reorganize their dirty selves..please or I guess the board of health can.
