The staff has no idea how to run a business and it shows! The owner, ceo and staff are all ""fighters"" and do not understand business ethics. They can easily sign you up for a membership, but that is it (they can't even handle billing you monthly, it goes through a separate service)! There is no communication between the owner, ceo and staff members so good luck trying to get the most of your money... or cancel your membership for that matter. \r \r I will admit that they do know what they are doing when it comes to training. However, they do not clean the sweat off the mats in between grappling and kickboxing classes. I liked the workout, but not sharing bodily fluids with all of the other members. Several members and fighters would develop staph infections as a result. I am not sure if that is a violation of any health codes... either way it is REALLY gross!\r \r I would not recommend joining this gym to anyone. Pros: Decent workout Cons: Incompetent staff and unhygienic conditions
