I am from Japan and have been living in Salt Lake City for 18 years. I went to Shogun first time last week. I LOVE their sushi rolls. My favorite is the deep-fried sushi. (One whole roll is fried up like tempra) I never had this before and yum yum…I loved it! There are many other creative rolls with interesting ingredients (which I never encountered in Japan). The salad dressing was very interesting too….I want the recipe…. Servers were nice and friendly. Thank you Shogun, I had a great dinning experience! I’ll be back!
