I wanted to just say how wonderful my experience was with German Auto Center. Having recently moved here to Austin, I was referred to German Auto Center by a co-worker. I own two BMWs and a Mercedes Benz and German Auto Center now takes car of all of them. It is great to find someone who knows my cars as well as the dealer and treats me so wonderfully and not like a number.
These guys are great!! They took the time to explain everything to me, then they told me what needed to be done now and what could wait - never had that happen at the dealer! And they did exactly what they said!! Would recommend them to anyone. Len and his team have made a customer for life!
Pros: Patient, honest and do exactly what they said!!
Cons: Coffee was not Starbucks, but they said they would upgrade!
