when I rented the car I inquired about the toll bridges and charges. The clerk told me i would only be going threw one toll and could pay cash and would not need to buy a toll card. Three weeks later I got a charge for an unpaid toll. I do not even know if it was the one I paid, if it wasn't i went threw one without even knowing it. I called and of course no one wanted to help. They are independently owned so there is not going over there head. The rude girl who handles the toll told me to call my credit card company and let them take care of it. I think this is a scam, rent from someone else, no matter how good the rental fee is because there are hidden charges here and no one wants to help.
