Very rude management. I called 2 hours in advance to let them know that my daughter and her friends were bringing a large party tp celebrate her 18th birthday. I realize that they do not take reservations, but the person I spoke to assured me that the advanced call was helpful in helping them to plan for a large party. I not only gave them an estimated count ( they asked for that), but also gave them my daughter's name. When the kids began to arrive TGIF acted as though they had never received my call or knew that my daughter's group was coming or expected. When my daughter called me I asked to speak to a manager who bascially told me that I was an idiot for calling with this size party on a Saturday ( he actually said""are you kidding me"".). but as I tried to explain the pre-planning I had done he hung up one me!. My daughter's group ended up going to get pizza because the folks at TGIF were so rude to them. 20 paying customers lost. And I will NEVER patronize a TGIF again. This occured 1/14/12.
