Clearly, the last reviewer must work for Jambo and took the poor reviews personally. Sadly, it's all true.The attractions are all great- fun rides (the roller coaster is really too fast for kids under 4 or 5 though) a bouncie house, a cute jungle animal theme. But the soft play structure has snags that could easily cause safety hazards. The bounce house has several patches, & the flaps aren't tied down properly in front, in fact my kid did tumble out of it and hit the floor. While the workers were polite, I was told 2 different prices between the hostess & the guy actually taking my money. And they were just standing around. Why not give one of them a bottle of cleaner to clean the bouncie or soft play? It really is just sad because it truley has potential. Just opoor management i guess. I'd love to have my daughters b-day there, but it's just run down. The owners clearly have some money cause they opened a new location on the NW side of PHX. It'd be great if they'd invest a little more in this location. And to the previous reviewer, You don't know that some of us aren't running our own businesses, and some of us are working very hard for our $$, that's why we are picky on where we spend it. I would be thrilled if they'd just fix the place up a little.
