Review content:
By far one of the worst computer repair companies I have ever experienced. I recently took my laptop in to get repaired and was charged $155 for a HALF HOUR of labor. This leads me to my next question of ""What exactly did this company do to my computer worth that amount of time or money?"" My answer: ""Absolutely nothing"" Several times I was told I would have my computer back in a timely fashion, It took over a week to have it returned to me. Also, my hard drive was the main problem and I was told they would put in a new one and reinstall all the programs and drivers I had on my previous hard drive if they could not clone the old HD. Basically, when I finally received my computer back, I had a blank hard drive without a good amount of drivers on it and none of the programs I had previously. Their contract even states that they would reinstall those programs, thank goodness I haven't signed it. Collectively, I have spent about 3-4 days reinstalling a good number of programs that were lost. What's more, this company didn't return my old HD to me and it was entirely devoid of working properly, and it contains a great deal of personal information on it. I would hate for that to get out into the world. They are all around a horrendous company and I would love nothing more than for them to go out of business so they can't screw over any other customers with their deceit and over priced labor.
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
