I was so pleased with my hair that i was looking for their website to send them thanks and came across this. I was kinda shocked to see this b/c my experience was the complete opposite. my stylist was on time, she came highly recommend and gave me exactly what i wanted. the receptionist made sure i was waited on and showed me to the smock room where i could change. i didnt wait but maybe 5 minutes and i was out of there in an hour and a half(thats for highlights and a haircut.)maybe ""hairkuts"" stylist was having a bad day or maybe it was a bad match.I have actually been back since then. I love my hair and like that my hairdresser is consistent. i know what to expect.i would highly recommend them.
