I have been using the Mr Car Wash in Cedar Park since it was open and have been happy with my experience there until today. Today changed that. My passenger side mirror broke in the car wash. I reported it to the supervisor who then insisted the mirror was broken prior to my arrival. The mirror now swings freely. Prior to my arrival at the car wash I had driven up Mopac and Hwy 183 at high rates of speed and the mirror functioned properly. It now swings freely. The most dishonest business practice I have ever been victim of.
