I recently brought items to Annies closet and was not satisfied. Rebecca, the owner, has admitted to the Better Business Bureau that ""the Carlisle jacket, was accidentally pulled off the floor when we were doing a donation"". This jacket had a retail value of $395 which Rebecca, after getting rid of the jacket which was contrary to her consignment agreement, said was not ""high end"". Fortunately I taped her conversations and now have evidence that she lied, mislead and destroyed my property. According to her contract she becomes the owner of the cloths only after the expiration of the 60 day consignment period. I strongly recommend that you do not do business at Annie's Closet.
