Review content:
I went to Pasta Too for lunch today.... I was so upset. The newer location next to South Park was nothing like their old smaller location. Back when they were in the old location it was all about the quality of the food... Now in the bigger fancy restaurant, they seem to only worry about looking like a trendy place to eat. The Hostess was very rude, when I told her I was just a party of one, she made a rude comment and started to laugh. I should have just walked out then, but I was really looking forward to some pasta. My waitress seemed like she was trying to rush me out, and on my way.... I went for lunch, and there were only a handfull of other people in the place, so it was not like they needed the space! The food did not taste like it used to, the sauce was on the thin side, and had no real flavor. I don't think I will be returning to Pasta Too anytime soon! It is a real shame how bad the food is now. I would have walked to the old location on broken glass, but now I would not go there if it was the last place left in Pittsburgh to eat!
Pros: The salad was good
Cons: The service was terrible. The hostess was very rude!
