Review content:
We have gone every year for over 5 years with relative success. But this year will deffinately be the last. We brought a preschool group there this Friday and the experence was awful and the staff was unconcerned. The staff member at the petting zoo was rude and hostile to toddlers. And when asked if the buffalo being shown was a bull he laughed at the mom and said ""no it's a buffalo!""\r
\r
Then they dropped one group of kids off at a different patch than the others and forgot about them. They were left stranded for over 30 min. A mom had to call on her cell phone to remind them and she was told to keep waiting. No one on staff seemed concern, no one appologized or even acknowledged the mistake. They seem way too busy to be concerned about customer service. Which is a shame since there are plenty of other small family owned farms in the area that will be happy to have our business.\r
