Don't let this man's sweet talk fool you. He will tell you that if he doesn't like the work he does, then he is not giving it to the customer. My husband and I paid $750 dollars on wedding bands that (6 months later) we can no longer wear. Not only is his quality of work not very good, after having the rings for six months, my husband's emerald stone has been loose twice and has now fallen out. My emerald is loose and I no longer wear it for fear that I will lose my stone. The jeweler is trying to convince me that that's just the way it is with stones on a ring. They just come loose often and need to be fixed often. Also, the bands he made are not really even pretty. The taper on my band was not centered with the back of the ring so my ring always turned askew on my finger. You could see it quite easily just buy looking at the ring. The jeweler told me twice that it wasn't askew and never made any attempt to fix it. The rings were not symmetrical. When looking at the stone, you could EASILY tell that one side of the band was fatter than the other. Again, the jeweler just dismissed our complaints and said that that wasn't the case. He never made an effort to fix that either.\r \r We did have a strange request. We wanted black rings. After saying that he had a friend that could help who has experience in making black jewelry, he DID NOT deliver a satisfactory result not could he fix it because we got the rings the NIGHT BEFORE the wedding. We would have refused the rings and purchased inexpensive silver bands somewhere else, but (without knowledge or permission) he released the rings to my mother-in-law. She had NOTHING to do with the order other than that she referred us to him. Money never left her hands, nor was she EVER present at any of our meetings with the jeweler. \r \r BOTTOM LINE: I am heart-broken b/c we now have no wedding rings.\r \r If anyone would like to see my rings before making a purchase with this jeweler, please email me at lindseywingorocks @ hotmail
