I visited this dentist for the first time in Feb 2009. For some reason, there was another dentist filling in, but they gave no explanation why. I went to have a broken tooth fixed. The denstist recommended an overlay (half-crown type of fix). For some reason they could not do a cleaning that day, so I had to come back (even though I did have an appointment). My third visit was to put the overlay on, but they had ordered/or received the incorrect one. So I had to make another appointment. There were not apologies about wasting my time. I was wondering why nobody had looked at the crown when it came in. Now, about six months later, I've found that the overlay/half-crown from this dentist is cracked. Overall, a bad experience.

Cons: Unorganized, Poor quality
