Jane Book in my opinion, is unprofessional and unscrupulous!!! This agent and the people at Century 21 Dabbs expect you to pay them for lack of performance. Read their Exclusive Listing Agreement carefully. If you decide to terminate the Agreement early, they expect you to pay them $1,000.00 for doing absolutely nothing!!!\r

The owner of Century21 Dabbs is Karen Capriotti, her husband Lawrence Capriotti is serving 14 years in prison for defrauding Intercounty Title. I am not saying there is any kind of connection here but I would advise you to be very, very cautious!!!
Pros: Unprofessional did absolutely nothing
Cons: Non that I can think of at all.
