I have been going to Salon 11 for years. Ariel has cut my hair, and I recently had her do highlights. The staff is always friendly. There's very little turnover. For such quality work, elsewhere you might run into a snooty attitude. Not with Salon 11. They're warm, friendly. I have never felt a loyalty to someone who does my hair, but I do at Salon 11. I won't go elsewhere. And I have had too many bad hair experiences at other places that I've learned that cheaper is rarely better. Everybody seems extremely experienced. They sometimes consult each other on hair coloring as different stylists have different areas of expertise, and a second opinion is usually a good idea. The result is I always end up with something that looks awesome. If I come in and say I want a certain thing, Ariel will weigh that and give suggestions based on her knowledge of what will and won't look good. So many times I've been relieved that she helped steer me a slightly different direction because the results have been nothing short of amazing. I intend to keep going here. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and experienced. I guess if I had to come up with a con, it would be the parking can get a little crowded, but it's really not a big deal. You can find parking. There are also lots of great restaurants closeby if you're wanting to make a day of it. Highly recommended!
