OK, it is convenient as it is just across the street from Stanford, but it is amazingly expensive. Use expedia.com or some other service if you want a room there. For $400, you get a very basic and depressing room. It tries to have a nice ambience, but it is right on El Camino a super busy strip. The health club is pretty good and there's a heated pool, but otherwise, it should really be called the Westin Motel. There are better choices like the Garden Court or the Stanford Park...
