I bought Palazzi's Groupon for their Keratin Treatment. I paid $125 for a ""supposed"" $300 treatment. I had this treatment (for $300) last year at another salon and it was AMAZING. It lasted for almost 10 months. This time it didn't work AT ALL. My hair is naturally straight but has some frizz and it looks as though I had nothing done.
Last year when I had it done, we went to Hawaii and I was able to wash my hair, go out with it wet and it would dry straight and no frizz. It was so awesome and I really was looking forward to having it done again. I left Palazzi a voicemail about a week ago giving them the benefit of the doubt (maybe the product had gone bad or something??) but no response. I am so disappointed about my hair and that I basically threw away $125.00 - OH, plus a $20 tip I gave the girl. So $145 for NOTHING.....sigh....
